I've wanted a set of Cast Iron cookware for years, but put it off because of the cost. That was a mistake; now that we have the oven and are using it, the food looks better, tastes better, and I won't need to buy another pot again. Don't put it off; buy it now.
I must admit that I thought I would only use it at weekends but no it has been used every day, so far. It is great. I remember that they father-in-law had one many years ago and didn't understand at that stage why he loved it so much. I have found the love bug for my skillet now!!!!
