Super happy with our pans. Easy to clean with soapy water and a brush, often just need a wipe out instead. I was a long time considering changing to cast iron cookware but so pleased I did. Love them 👍

I am new to using a cast iron pan. First two goes at cooking with it I found some sticking of food to pan, so did some reading up and realised I was adding ingredients to the pan a little too early. Now, I give it time to heat up, enough avocado oil just to coat its surfaces when swirled around the pan and it cooks like a dream. Even omelettes didn’t stick. Super impressed with our Iron Clad pans and so pleased to move away from nasty non stick.

Very good quality cast iron pot and frying pan combo. I have not yet used it but can see that it will work well for frying steaks on high heat and placing stews in the oven after browning the meat on the stove top. The silicone handle should make removal from the oven a lot safer.

This is a must have! I’m slightly disappointed that the handle holds are an optional extra when its a no brainer that hand protection is needed to lift the skillet. But it is what it is. Great product otherwise.
