Issuance of Coupon Codes
Peter Gower NZ Limited trading as Lodge Cast Iron New Zealand ("we," "us," or "our") may, at its sole discretion, issue coupon codes and promotional offers to customers. These coupon codes are intended as a token of appreciation and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility
Coupon codes are personal to the recipient and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.

Each coupon code is limited to one use per customer account unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Redemption Process
To redeem a coupon code, enter the unique code in the designated field during the checkout process on our website.

Each coupon code can only be applied to a single transaction unless the coupon terms specify multiple uses.

Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless expressly permitted by us. This means, for example, that discount codes will not work where a 'Gift with Purchase' promotion is already applied.

Validity
We reserve the right to terminate or discontinue any coupon code at any time, without prior notice, at our discretion.

Restrictions and Limitations
Certain products or categories may be excluded from promotional offers. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the coupon card or within the promotional material. 

Some promotions may require a minimum purchase amount to be eligible for redemption. Such conditions will be explicitly stated.

Promotional offers are specific to New Zealand only.

Non-Transferable and No Cash Value
Coupon codes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.

Reselling or attempting to sell coupon codes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any coupon code or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Lost or Stolen Coupons
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of coupon codes. Lost or stolen coupons cannot be replaced or reissued.

Customers are advised to keep their coupon codes secure and report any unauthorised use immediately.

Void Where Prohibited
Coupon codes are void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

Any attempt to use counterfeit, altered, or unauthorised coupon codes will result in the invalidation of the coupon and may lead to further legal action.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use coupon codes, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions governing coupon codes and promotional offers are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

Acceptance of Terms
By using a coupon code or participating in a promotional offer, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the coupon code or participating in the promotional offers.

Unauthorised Use
We reserve the right to revoke any promotional offer or coupon code if we have reason to believe it has been used without authorisation. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, void the promotion and/or cancel any associated orders. We take these measures to protect the integrity of our promotional activities and ensure fair use for all customers.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.

Conditions

• Promotion is open to customers who place an online order at www.lodgecastiron.co.nz during October 2026.

• Each eligible online order will receive one entry into the draw.

• The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026.

• The prize is one Lodge Sportsman’s Pro Cast Iron Grill, valued at RRP $499.

• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other product.

• The prize draw will take place on 2 November 2026.

• The winner will be selected at random and contacted using the details provided with their order.

• The winner will be announced on 2 November 2026 via the Lodge Cast Iron NZ social media channels.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, a new winner may be selected.

• Promotion does not apply to previous purchases.

• Lodge Cast Iron NZ reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where necessary.
