The Assist Handle fits the short loop-style assist handle. The Hot Handle Holder is shaped for the traditional long handle on skillets and pans. Many people run one of each on a single skillet — long handle in one hand, assist handle in the other.
I just love the mini Lodge pan, It's found its place amongst the other pans I own.
