  • Cook over any heat source (including induction).
  • Oven safe.
  • Durable cast iron can handle any type of utensil - even metal. 

To care for your Seasoned Cast Iron:

  • Hand wash and dry immediately—even before first use.
  • Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every wash.
  • How much oil? Enough to restore the sheen, without being “sticky”. Why? To keep the iron “seasoned” and protected from moisture.
  • It's okay to use a little soap when needed, just make sure you dry thoroughly and apply a little oil afterwards.

Quality cookware. We use on glass top stove. The bottom is perfectly flat so no hot spots on the cast iron. We don’t even put them away in the cupboard. This pot replaced our large Le cruset pot for 1/4 the price and it’s more versatile because it’s not ceramic coated. Also the distributer was easy to deal with answering our questions over the phone and we received our items quickly.

I love using my dutch oven. I use it for stove top cooking of meals that dont quite fit in the fry pans. It heats up well and means I can cook with low temps.
