Q: What's the difference between the Assist Handle and the Hot Handle Holder?

The Assist Handle fits the short loop-style assist handle. The Hot Handle Holder is shaped for the traditional long handle on skillets and pans. Many people run one of each on a single skillet — long handle in one hand, assist handle in the other.

What's the difference between the Assist Handle and the Hot Handle Holder?

This is a must have! I’m slightly disappointed that the handle holds are an optional extra when its a no brainer that hand protection is needed to lift the skillet. But it is what it is. Great product otherwise.

absolutely fabulous to use with my pan, when I get my otehr skillets I will be going one for each of them as well

Great idea, poorly executed. The handle probably fits their larger range okay, but on the 22cm skillet I have it’s a bit loose feeling. The smaller handle cover was too small as well. They really three sizes.
