Terms & Conditions – Lodge NZ Quarterly 30cm Skillet & Hot Handle Giveaway

 

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Lodge Cast Iron New Zealand (“Lodge NZ”).

  2. Eligibility:
    • Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Lodge NZ and their immediate families are not eligible.

  3. How to Enter:
    • Subscribe to the Lodge NZ newsletter via lodgecastiron.co.nz.
    • Subscription must be active at the time of the draw.
    • Only one entry per subscriber.

  4. Prize:
    • One (1) Lodge 30cm Skillet with Silicone Hot Handle will be given away every quarter.
    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
    • Lodge NZ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.

  5. Draw & Winner Notification:
    • A random draw will take place at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December).
    • Winners will be contacted via the email address used to subscribe.
    • If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

  6. General Conditions:
    • By subscribing, entrants agree to receive the Lodge NZ newsletter, which includes recipes, cast iron care tips, and promotional content.
    • Personal information will be collected and used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and sending the Lodge NZ newsletter, in accordance with Lodge NZ’s Privacy Policy.
    • Lodge NZ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
