The Cast Iron Trivet / Meat Rack is a great multipurpose item, perfect for any cook who likes to braise or slow cook meats. When used to prop up food on the bottom of Dutch ovens and camp ovens, it prevents food from scorching.

The trivet can also be use as a heat mat/trivet to rest skillets and Dutch ovens straight off the heat source.

Diameter: 20cm

Will fit L8DOL3, LCC3, L8DD3, L10DOL3, and outdoor range: L10CO3, L12CO3 and L12DC03.

Made in U.S.A.

Using your Seasoned Cast Iron:

  • Foundry seasoned, ready to use upon purchase (for more information on seasoning, click here)
  • Use on all cooking surfaces (including induction), grills and open flames.
  • Oven safe.
  • Sauté, sear, fry, bake, grill and stir fry to heart’s content.

To care for your Seasoned Cast Iron:

  • Hand wash and dry immediately—even before first use.
  • Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every wash.
  • How much oil? Enough to restore the sheen, without being “sticky”. Why? To keep the iron “seasoned” and protected from moisture.
  • It's okay to use a little soap when needed, just make sure you dry thoroughly and apply a little oil afterwards.
